Scope and interpretation

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all promotions offered by Jiligems. They apply to every eligible player who accepts a bonus; by activating or using any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Where a promotion sets specific rules, those rules take precedence over the general provisions below.

Types of bonuses and how to participate

• Welcome bonus (first deposit promotional offer): available to eligible new players upon their first qualifying deposit. Activation is performed in the player account under the Promotions or Bonuses section, by selecting the applicable bonus and completing the deposit. The bonus and any winnings from it are subject to the standard wagering requirements and game contributions described below unless a promotion states otherwise.
• No-deposit bonuses and free spins: occasional promotions may grant no-deposit bonuses or free spins. Winnings from these bonuses are subject to wagering and withdrawal restrictions as described in the general terms. Free spins may be restricted to specific games or game categories.
• Birthday bonuses: a time-limited reward offered to eligible players on or around their birthday, subject to verification and minimum activity criteria as defined in the promotion.

Eligibility and restrictions

• Promotions are available to individual players only. Shared, family, or multi-account activity is grounds for exclusion from bonuses and related rewards.
• Some jurisdictions and residents are ineligible for certain promotions. Specific country restrictions are published in each promotion’s terms and conditions. Jiligems reserves the right to adjust eligibility at any time.

Verification and compliance (KYC)

Before any withdrawal of bonus winnings, Jiligems may require verification of identity and address. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver’s license), a utility bill or bank statement showing the name and address, and a selfie holding the ID. If a deposit was made by card, copies of the card (front and back) or screenshots of the card details page and related sections may be required. All documents are processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Wagering requirements and how bonuses contribute

The standard wagering requirement for bonuses is 45 times the bonus amount unless a promotion specifies a different rate. When a promotion includes winnings from free spins or other bonus rounds, those winnings are subject to the same wagering requirement unless stated otherwise.

• Game contributions vary by title type. Slots contribute 100% to the wagering requirements. Other game types may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded from wagering when a bonus is active.
• Certain categories (such as Jackpot games, live dealer games, and specific listed titles) may be excluded from bonus wagering. A current list of excluded games is available in the Bonus Mergi (Bonus Wagering) section or via support.
• For mixed-balance wagers (bets funded partly from real money and partly from bonus funds), winnings are distributed proportionally between the real and bonus balances under the platform’s wagering framework. Example calculations reflect this proportional allocation.

Betting limits and round rules during bonus wagering

While a bonus is active, the maximum wager allowed on a single bet is capped (for example, in many promotions at 5 EUR or equivalent). This limit applies to all eligible games and is designed to prevent disproportionate risk exposure during wagering.

Maximum winnings and withdrawal limits

Promotions may cap the total winnings derived from a bonus. Where a cap exists, it is stated in the promotion terms. Absent a stated cap, bonuses may still be subject to a general maximum withdrawal equal to a multiple of the initial bonus amount (for example, ten times the initial bonus, subject to promotion terms and balance status).

Time limits and expiry

• All deposit bonuses issued as part of a welcome or ongoing package are valid for a defined period, typically seven (7) days from activation. Free spins and other bonus components may have shorter validity, commonly twenty-four (24) hours from activation, unless otherwise stated.
• If the bonus expires, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited and removed from the player’s account, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

Cancellation, forfeiture, and withdrawal of bonuses

Bonus participation remains subject to ongoing compliance. Jiligems may cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a player withdraws funds or knowingly breaches the terms before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus and all bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. If a player cancels a bonus, the bonus balance and any related winnings may be removed from the account.

Fraud prevention, abuse, and multi-account policy

Any attempt to exploit promotions, including manipulation of deposit patterns, multi-account creation, or other deceptive tactics, will result in the immediate termination of the involved bonuses and potential forfeiture of winnings. The casino reserves the right to limit, suspend, or close accounts suspected of fraud or abuse and to withhold or recover funds where appropriate.

VIP program and bonus eligibility

Participation in a VIP or loyalty program is subject to separate terms. If a player’s bonus-to-deposit ratio exceeds a defined threshold (for example, 50%), the player may be temporarily excluded from receiving further bonuses until the ratio returns below the threshold. The administrator reserves the right to adjust the VIP status or suspend bonuses as needed for risk management or compliance reasons.

Ongoing rights and dispute resolution

Jiligems reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any bonus program at any time. In any dispute regarding bonuses or wagering, the decision of Jiligems is final and binding.
