Self-Exclusion at Jiligems

Jiligems provides self-exclusion tools to help players manage gambling activity. This policy sets out the available options, activation steps, effects during exclusion, revocation and extension procedures, and related safeguards in accordance with applicable law and responsible gambling standards. Time-Out (Short Break)

Time-Out is a temporary suspension of all activities across Jiligems products. Once initiated, the account cannot log in, deposit, withdraw, or access any services for the selected duration. Available Time-Out periods are displayed in the Account Profile under Time-Out settings. A Time-Out revocation may be performed only after a minimum elapsed period of 24 hours from the initial request. Upon expiration, the Time-Out is automatically lifted and normal access is restored.

Self-Exclusion (Longer Break)

Self-exclusion is a longer cessation of activity for a defined period. To commence, you may submit a request by electronic mail to pause all activity on your account. Upon receipt, a 24-hour cooling-off period is applied during which the account is disabled and no gambling activity may occur. After the cooling-off period, the available self-exclusion periods will be presented for selection; periods cannot be altered. A written electronic response from you is required to proceed with the selected period. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and confirmed by electronic notification. During the Self-Exclusion period, deposits and withdrawals are blocked and login access is restricted for the duration of the chosen period. Upon expiry, the account is automatically re-activated.

Extensions and Revocation

  • Extensions: Self-exclusion may be extended for one or more additional periods upon request to Customer Care.
  • Revocation: You may request revocation or modification of the exclusion by written or electronic notice. Jiligems will review such requests, but may, in its absolute discretion, deny revocation. A revocation request does not take effect until after the end of the currently selected exclusion period, unless the Company expressly states otherwise.

If a revocation request is made during an active exclusion, the Company may require acknowledgment of the ongoing period and reserves the right to maintain the exclusion unless and until the specified period has expired.

Financial Protections and Account Limits

When establishing an account or at any time thereafter, you may set limits within the My Account area. Available limits may include daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and spend controls. If you exceed the maximum limit, further actions related to that limit are restricted. Any limit or exclusion may be revoked or modified only by written or electronic notice; the Company will consider such requests but may deny them in its sole discretion. The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure adherence to Self-Exclusion and will endeavor to prevent promotional material from being sent to customers who have self-excluded. The Company is not responsible for activity conducted via alternate registrations or misrepresented account details, or for marketing materials inadvertently forwarded to an excluded customer. If an exclusion is in effect, customers are encouraged to seek professional assistance if they find ways to continue gambling during the exclusion period.

Promotions and Marketing

During Time-Out or Self-Exclusion, promotional communications related to Jiligems products will be suppressed in relation to the affected account. After the exclusion period ends, standard marketing communications may resume subject to your account preferences and applicable laws.

Identity, Verification and Data Handling

Activation of Time-Out or Self-Exclusion may involve identity verification in line with Jiligems KYC policies. Personal data processed for exclusion purposes will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and AML policies, and retention will comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
