Sport Betting Rules

General provisions

These sport betting rules govern all wagers placed with Jiligems. They form part of the Terms and Conditions and govern how bets are placed, settled and disputed. By registering an account with Jiligems you acknowledge and agree to these rules together with the Terms and Conditions. Where sport specific rules exist, they override the general rules for the relevant sport; where not specified, the general rules apply.

Bet placement and acceptance

• Bets may be placed online through approved channels. Bets placed by other means are void.
• Jiligems may refuse the whole or part of any bet before the event starts at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.
• Once a stake is entered and the bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or altered, except as expressly provided in these rules or the Terms and Conditions.
• The minimum and maximum stake for each market vary by sport and market; the exact values are shown at the stake entry field and are binding.
• Jiligems reserves the right to correct obvious input errors in odds or event details and to apply revised odds or void the bet accordingly.

Settlement, odds and price accuracy

All bets are settled based on the official final result published by the relevant competition or governing body. Settlement uses decimal odds regardless of the display format. If a market cannot be verified from an official source, settlement may be delayed or voided at Jiligems discretion.

• Two way markets with a winner and loser carry a push rule: if the event ends in a draw, the market is void and stakes refunded unless the market specifies otherwise.
• Dead heat rules apply to outright markets; where two or more competitors tie, a dead heat factor is applied as described in market terms.
• Palpable errors: Jiligems may void bets or revise settlements if an obvious error in odds, event details or timing is detected.
• The maximum time allowed for settlement or re-settlement of a bet slip is 30 days from the date of settlement.

Postponements, abandonment and incomplete events

• Where conditions cause a match to be postponed, abandoned or not completed, settlement follows these principles unless the market specifies otherwise: if the event resumes within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start, unsettled bets may be settled on the resumed result; otherwise unsettled bets are void and stakes returned, except where markets explicitly state otherwise.
• The venue change, format change or other material change may lead to voiding of bets at Jiligems sole discretion.
• Markets tied to the ongoing result at abandonment may stand if the outcome is already determined; otherwise unsettled markets may be voided.

Live betting and in play

In play markets may be suspended, adjusted or closed at any time during an event. Live odds reflect real time data and are provided as guidance; Jiligems reserves the right to suspend, amend or void live markets where data is not confirmed or where irregularities are detected. Bets placed on live markets are settled on official final results as determined by the governing body, subject to these market rules; any market affected by an official post event decision will be settled according to that decision.

Market types and settlement principles

• 1X2 or three way markets: settlement occurs after normal duration unless the market description states inclusion of overtime; if the event ends with a draw on a two way market and overtime is not included, the market is void.
• Handicap and Total (Over/Under): settlement occurs only if the line is reached or surpassed as described; if the line is not met, the market may be voided according to the market description.
• Race to X, Half/Quarter/Period markets: settlement is based on the corresponding period or segment; data from other periods does not affect settlement unless stated.
• Outright markets: settlement based on final competition results; play-or-pay rules apply when a listed participant is unable to take part; head-to-head markets are excluded from play-or-pay and may be voided if listed participant is absent.

Sport specific settlement rules

Soccer

Settlement of 1X2 and related markets occurs after normal duration unless the market includes overtime or penalties. Markets that include overtime are settled on the final result including extra time if specified; penalties are not considered unless expressly stated in the market description.

American football

Overtime is treated according to the market description. For markets such as drive based outcomes, only offensive plays are considered for settlement. If a match is abandoned or postponed, settled outcomes follow the applicable 48 hour rule and market descriptions.

Athletics

Abandonments or postponements are settled in accordance with market terms; if the event resumes within 24 hours, unsettled markets may stand; otherwise unsettled markets are voided unless stated otherwise.

Baseball

A baseball game is usually scheduled for nine innings; markets may require full innings to be completed for settlement. If the game ends early or is called due to weather, markets are settled according to the official score when the minimum innings are completed or as described in the market terms. Markets including extra innings apply if the official result extends beyond the scheduled innings. Pitcher line markets are void if the listed starting pitcher is changed; other markets follow the standard settlement rules described above.

Integrity, compliance and dispute handling

Jiligems reserves the right to suspend or void bets in cases of suspected fraud, manipulation or breach of these rules. We may notify regulators and cooperate with authorities as required. Material changes to these rules may be made at sole discretion; customers will be informed of any significant changes in accordance with regulatory requirements.

KYC, AML and responsible gaming

Jiligems conducts Know Your Customer and anti money laundering checks and may request identity documentation. Players must be of legal age and reside in jurisdictions where online betting is permitted. We promote responsible gambling and provide self exclusion tools; disputes may be escalated to appropriate regulatory or independent bodies as applicable.
