Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the Jiligems online gaming platform and all related Services (the Services). By accessing, registering an account or participating in any betting or gaming activity, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy and any ancillary policies referenced herein. If you do not accept these Terms, you must cease using the Services immediately.

Definitions

• Account means the personal, unique profile that enables access to the Services.

Account Registration

5. You must not create or hold more than one Account. If a second account is suspected or discovered, Jiligems may suspend or close the related accounts and confiscate funds if required.
6. You must not use third party identities or aliases at registration. Any such use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may trigger action including suspension or termination of the Account.
7. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account. 2FA should be enabled where available and you must promptly report any security breach or unauthorized use.

Identity, Age and Eligibility

1. Age You must be at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, typically 18 years or older where gambling is lawful. Jiligems may request age verification at any time and may suspend activity until verification is completed.
2. Location You must not access the Services from a Restricted Territory or any jurisdiction where participation is unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.
3. Proof of Identity You may be required to provide documents proving identity and residence. Documents may include a passport or national ID, utility bill or bank statement, and payment method verification. Notwithstanding, Jiligems reserves the right to request additional information as part of anti money laundering and responsible gambling obligations.
4. Source of Funds and Compliance You must provide information regarding the source of funds and comply with any background checks conducted by Jiligems. Refusal or failure to provide requested information may result in restricted access or closure of the Account.

Account Security and Responsibility

1. You are responsible for safeguarding your Account access details and for all activity conducted through your Account, including any losses arising from unauthorized use prior to notice and remediation.
2. You must promptly notify Jiligems of any suspected breach or unauthorized use. Jiligems will investigate and may suspend or restrict operations pending resolution.
3. Jiligems is not liable for losses caused by your failure to protect login credentials or by third party misuse after you have divulged them. You remain responsible for all transactions conducted through your Account.
4. Sharing, transferring or procuring Accounts between parties is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Jiligems.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in fraudulent, collusive or otherwise unlawful activity. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, botting, using prohibited software to influence results, forming betting syndicates, manipulating bets, or exploiting system vulnerabilities. Jiligems may void bets, suspend or close Accounts and confiscate funds where there is reasonable suspicion of such conduct.

Deposits and Iron Pouch

1. Funds must be placed into the Iron Pouch using only payment methods and wallets that belong to You. A minimum deposit threshold may apply and will be posted in the cashier. Fiat deposits may incur a processing fee as specified in the cashier.
2. Deposits are processed in accordance with the payment provider’s timelines. Jiligems may perform enhanced verification on deposits and may require additional documentation prior to crediting funds.
3. Accounts may be opened in multiple currencies as offered by the Platform. Not all currencies or methods are available in every jurisdiction. The available currencies and payment methods are listed in your cashier.

Iron Pouch Withdrawals

1. You may withdraw funds from the Iron Pouch using the payment methods available on the Platform. Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount as published in the cashier. Fees may apply as charged by payment providers or by Jiligems where permitted by law.
2. Before processing any withdrawal, Jiligems may perform enhanced due diligence and require identity verification and verification of the ownership of the payment method. Access to funds may be delayed while investigations are conducted.
3. If multiple withdrawals are pending, Jiligems may require consolidated processing or may delay processing until a single withdrawal is completed.

Real Money Mode and Practice Mode

Players may participate in Real Money mode or Practice mode. Real Money involvement requires available funds in the Iron Pouch or a payment into the account. Practice mode uses fictitious funds and carries no monetary value. Real Money features including multipliers and bonuses apply only in Real Money mode and cannot be transferred to Practice mode. Players should review game rules for RTP and wagering requirements, which are subject to change.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts

1. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login for a continuous period defined in the cashier or platform policy, typically six to twelve months.
2. Jiligems may take steps including notification and possible closure of dormant accounts with zero or low balances. A dormant account may incur administrative charges up to a defined rate per month, which may reduce the balance to zero.

Compliance with Laws and Jurisdiction

Participation is intended for users who are legally eligible to gamble in their jurisdiction. The Company does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in any jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations and to cooperate with regulatory and enforcement authorities as required. You acknowledge that remote gambling is regulated differently by jurisdiction and may be restricted or prohibited in some places.

Privacy and Data Handling

Jiligems processes information about you in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Policy forms part of these Terms and governs what data is collected, how it is used and with whom it may be shared. Personal data and gaming history may be shared with regulators and law enforcement bodies as required for compliance, fraud prevention and gaming integrity.

Changes to Terms

Jiligems reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice and publish the updated Terms on the Site. Continued use of the Services after the effective date signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination, Suspension and Closure

Jiligems may suspend or terminate your Account for breaches of these Terms, illegal activity, or reasonable concerns regarding responsible gambling. In such cases, all remaining funds may be refunded in accordance with applicable law, subject to any withdrawal restrictions and any administrative charges or offsets as permitted by law.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts located in the jurisdiction of the user, or as otherwise required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts a party from seeking provisional relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms do not create any agency, partnership or employment relationship between You and Jiligems. Jiligems may assign or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice to You.
